30-day Return Policy
At Puravizion, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, exclusively for defective items and items received incorrectly.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- You wish to exchange the item for a different size or color, subject to our approval.
Additionally, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt, or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at rick@puravizion.com with details about the item and the reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
For items eligible for exchange (such as a different size or color), the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new order.
