Don't buy this machine. It doesn't work. Sad how this product was such a great machine and now they make junk. I am dealing with the warranty company trying to get my money back. I have sent it back 3 times already and it comes back the same or worse. They say it's my tabacoo and/or the try to blame me. This is my third machine so I think I might know how to clean my tabacoo and run a machine.
I had been waiting for a long time to try this machine. Finally got one and these guys were able to offer the best price in Canada and get it to me super quickly with no customs hold ups through UPS. I grow my own tobacco, buy raw whole leaf and bulk shag tobacco, this machine works well with little to no prep depending on the type of tobacco and beats cranking away for hours. Thank you!
